Cailey Locklair is the President of the Maryland Retailers Alliance, Maryland Chain Drug Store Association and Maryland Food Industry Council, and has worked and advocated in Maryland State and local politics for almost twenty years. She attended the University of Delaware where she received her Bachelor of Arts in political science and Towson University where she received her Master of Science degree in integrated homeland security management with a focus on security policy. She also holds a Certificate of Security Assessment and Management from Towson University and attended the United States Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organizational Management at Villanova. Previously, she worked at the Baltimore Jewish Council as their Deputy Executive Director and was the Assistant House Administrator for the Maryland House of Delegates. In 2014, she was chosen by The Seventh State as an "Annapolis Top Five Young Gun,” 2019 by the Daily Record as a "Successful by 40 VIP,” 2024 by the Daily Record on their Lobbying and Government Affairs Power List and received the national J. Thomas Weyant award by the National Retail Federation. Cailey is a member of the State’s Unemployment Insurance Legislative Oversight Committee, is a past Chair of the national Council of State Retailer Associations, Leadership Maryland Class of 2024, sits on the board of Goodwill of the Chesapeake and is on the Executive Directors Council to the Maryland Tourism Development Board. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with animal organizations, boating, playing softball and is a proud "sponsor" of Naval Academy midshipman. She resides in Edgewater, MD with her husband.
Sarah Price is the Vice President of Communications and Government Affairs for the Maryland Retailers Alliance. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature and History from the University of Maryland. She began her career in Annapolis interning at the Maryland General Assembly before working as a legislative Chief of Staff. She joined the MRA team in 2019. Sarah enjoys reading, knitting, and spending time outside, and lives in Anne Arundel County with her husband.
Lisa King is the executive liaison and works closely with the President/CEO as well as MRA Board Members. Lisa’s duties with MRA range from providing administrative support for the president, managing the office and support for meetings and events. Prior to joining MRA’s team she was the Director of Administrative Services at The Arc Maryland. There she worked with the Executive Committee, Board Members, and other leaders throughout Maryland. Lisa also handled the internal operations of The Arc Maryland office; organizing office procedures, as well as, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, supervising administrative staff, handling budgetary matters and accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and Human Resources.
Prior to The Arc Maryland, Lisa was the Administrative Manager at the Baltimore Jewish Council for over nine years. Her experience stretches from Accounting to Government & Community Relations.
Lisa is happily married and a mother of three, who enjoys spending time with her family out on the Bay.
Lisa Consiglio Ryan is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founder of consulting business, Whole Health Designs. She is an award-winning author of best-selling cookbook, Go Clean, Sexy You, and founded the sustainable lifestyle store RASA Juice Shop in Annapolis. Lisa graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with B.S. in Psychology and Masters in the Art of Teaching and was a mentor and master teacher for Prince George’s County Public Schools for fifteen years. While she enjoyed teaching, she has an entrepreneurial drive that led her to owning her own business. She pursued her education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and turned her personal quest into her vocation with the launch of Whole Health Designs and RASA Juice Shop.
As a nationally acclaimed wellness expert and speaker, Lisa has worked with tens of thousands in her wellness programs online as well as in person for the past fourteen years, allowing individuals to customize their wellness and develop ownership for a respectful relationship with their bodies. In addition to running her small businesses, Lisa leads workshops and retreats nationally as well as in Costa Rica.
Lisa loves gf almond croissants, green juice, running, traveling in Italy and hanging with her two college-aged children. She lives in Annapolis, MD.
